Employee Resource Groups

To help foster diversity and inclusion, several employee resource groups at the university provide networks of support for faculty and staff.

Multicultural Professionals Network (MPN)

MPN offers opportunities for mentoring, networking, and professional development for our members. We serve as a catalyst and influence campus climate and culture by developing a community that supports, empowers, and sustains multicultural staff and faculty. Founded in March 2014, our group seeks to advocate for an inclusive campus and foster personal and professional growth for our members. We welcome all staff and faculty across departments and offices at Nebraska.

Faculty & Staff Accessibility Resource Group

We are a group of people with various disabilities and conditions that affect how we do our jobs and how we live our lives as a part of the community at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln as well as the city of Lincoln and the state of Nebraska. We also count among our members people without disabilities who have worked in the disability arena and bring a wealth of experience regarding working at the university.
