A fundamental part of that commitment is the university's Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance, which provides the following hiring-related services (among others)

  • educational seminars on the search process, the Americans with Disabilities Act, non-discrimination and a variety of diversity topics
  • support in the talent search process that demonstrates our efforts and procedures to conduct fair and equitable searches
