#NCLUDE is designed so individuals can grow their knowledge, skills, and awareness in a particular diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) related area. Learning groups create spaces for students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members to engage in dynamic dialogue, reflection, and offer support to one another in an environment of care, commitment, and accountability.
Each semester, #NCLUDE will offer a variety of learning groups anchored by one or two individuals. Although some of the same groups are available each semester, new topics and anchors are offered from semester to semester.
