Why should you become and I-3 Partner or Sponsor? You believe in

    • Investing in students—Nebraska’s future leaders and innovators.
    • Creating pathways that keep University of Nebraska graduates in Nebraska.
    • Fostering creative and innovative thinking among the future workforce.
    • Connecting with students who possess diverse perspectives, talents, and cultural intelligence.
    • Making early connections with students from a range of diverse backgrounds and disciplines.

Corporate and Community Partners can support the program in several ways:

    • Support through your employees serving as mentors or speakers.
    • Provide presenters and/or resources for the Fall Semester experience.
    • Sponsor a student’s participation in the Fall Semester experience. (estimated at $500 per student)
    • Offer a paid innovative project experience to an I-3 fellow during the Spring Semester. (estimated at $1,200 per student)
    • Become a lead sponsor for the program through sustained support at $10,000 or above.
    • Be a presenting sponsor of the program at $75,000.
    • Endow the program for a naming opportunity.

    • Recruitment and outreach strategies to reach more diverse talent or customers
    • Models for greater ERG engagement and support resources
    • Financial literacy and information for various markets
    • Resource guide for culturally responsive community care
    • Accessibility inventory of virtual and physical spaces
    • Shadowing a project lead on a current innovative project
    • Learning and development tools and resources for employees
    • Supplier diversity assessment or inventory
    • Neighborhood mapping of inequitable outcomes or grant impact
    • Reviews of representation, language, and culture on user interfaces and technologies
