Carlos Terrazas leads the disability inclusion strategy at McDonald's Corporation, one of the world's largest and most influential brands.

Throughout his time at McDonald's, Carlos has made significant contributions to a broad scope of projects, such as co-leading the inaugural DEI Annual Report, establishing a centralized team to review and determine disability accommodations, and Self-ID campaigns. He has extensive experience working across global stakeholders, collaborating to achieve meaningful results, and improving business performance.

Before joining McDonald’s, Carlos demonstrated a history of working in other areas, such as women's rights, educational and economic equity, and policy agendas. He worked as a consultant for Incite Network on projects that empowered and improved New Mexico communities and organizations such as National Council on Aging. He also spent time overseas in the United Kingdom as a Policy Analyst, developing a data-driven report with policy actions to create safe spaces for women and girls in London. Carlos began his career at the University of Arizona as a consultant after earning a Masters in Counseling: Rehabilitation and Mental Health from the University of Arizona.
